AMIK, for the needs of its members, is seeking bids for the development of a software model for automating the application of IFRS 16 for 6 microfinance institutions.

IFRS 16 introduces a single lease accounting model and requires the lessee to recognize assets and liabilities for all leases with a term longer than 12 months, unless the underlying asset is of low value.
The service includes:

Meetings with designated MFIs – ​​assessment of the solution
The development of the tool-model, and
Application training-testing

Evaluation criteria:

1. Reputation and credibility of the bidder 40%
2. Local and international experience 30%
3. Innovation in solutions for added value 10%
4. Offered price 20%
