Information for the Sector, June 2021
The microfinance sector in Kosovo has continued to grow during the month of June 2021, the amount of active loans reached the value of 195 million Euro distributed among 87 thousand clients.
According to the AMIK Members' Monthly Report, these are the main data presenting the sector until June 30, 2021:
- Total loan portfolio (assets): 195 million Euros
- Total number of borrowers (active): 87,339
- Average size of loans (assets): 2,231
- Value of new loans distributed: 17 million Euros
- Total number of employees: 1064
- Total number of branches: 121
